Improving Self Confidence

   There is a relevant part of the self-confidence and self-satisfaction of the mind. It creates feelings of worth. When that part of the mind is activated, the person feels that he is great. When it is weak, it will feel dull, low, and pessimistic. Psychologists have introduced some psychological exercises to play that part.
